XAXU Pakistan Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Commission is based on successfully delivered referral orders completed within the last 30 days:
- Bronze: 1–4 orders — 10%
- Silver: 5–14 orders — 12.5%
- Gold: 15–49 orders — 17.5%
- Platinum: 50+ orders — 20%
- Commission is calculated after the customer’s 10% discount. Cancelled, refused, returned or refunded orders are excluded.
2. Target Bonuses
Affiliates can earn additional bonuses by achieving delivered-sales targets within the last 30 days:
- Gold Target: 60 sales — PKR 5,000
- Platinum Target: 150 sales — PKR 10,000
- Diamond Target: 300 sales — PKR 15,000
- Bonuses are separate from regular commission earnings.
- Only successfully delivered and non-returned orders count toward targets.
3. Customer Discount
Every customer using a valid affiliate link or discount code receives a flat 10% discount:
- The correct link or code must be used at checkout.
- The customer discount always remains 10%.
- Discounts cannot be added after order placement.
- Affiliate commission is calculated after this discount.
- Cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission or target progress.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliate payments are released after delivered orders, commissions and bonuses have been verified:
- The payment cycle is 40 days.
- The minimum payout is PKR 1,000.
- Lower balances carry forward to the next cycle.
- Correct mobile and bank details are required.
- XAXU Pakistan is not responsible for payments sent using incorrect details. The program does not include a fixed salary.

Returns & Cancellations
Cancelled, refused, returned, refunded, fraudulent or unpaid orders do not qualify for commission, tier progress or target bonuses.
Affiliate Links & Marketing
Affiliates receive a unique referral link or code. Customers get a flat 10% discount, while affiliates earn 10%–20% commission based on delivered orders. False claims, spam and unauthorised promotions are prohibited.
Performance Review
Commission tiers and bonuses are calculated from successfully delivered orders within the last 30 days. XAXU Pakistan may verify orders and review or update program terms when necessary.
